Is the Silvercloud Beer Trailer or Prosecco Trailer a good fit for corporate events?
Absolutely! Both of these trailers are ideal for corporate trade shows, festival sponsorships, and brand activation events. Ask about adding branding or custom roof signage to the trailer to enhance your campaign.
Do your packages include alcohol, setups, glassware or food?
You provide the kegs – we provide the fun! Our packages do not include alcohol, but we can make recommendations on how many kegs to purchase. Note that Prosecco kegs are a specialty keg, and we will recommend alcohol retailers where you can buy before your event.

Does your standard package include a server?
We aim to keep our packages flexible; therefore, the base package price does not include a server. You can add two (2) TABC certified servers to your base package for $100 per hour.
Are the Silvercloud Tap Trailers only for beer or prosecco?
No! There are so many different kinds of kegs available now, including kegged cider, kegged wine, and kegged cocktails.

Will the tap trailer fit at my outdoor venue?
The Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar most always easily fits at outdoor venues. The minimum clearance requirements for fitting the trailer are 8 feet in width, 14 feet in length, and 10 feet in height.
Can the Silvercloud Tap Trailers be set up indoors at my venue or ballroom in a hotel?
It may fit indoors. Note that we require the ability to drive the Silvercloud Tap Trailer through a door or load-in area with a minimum 9-foot-wide x 10-foot-high opening. Once we have the Silvercloud Trailer Events™®Mobile Bar inside a building, we can roll it into place in the setup area.
How do I know if you're approved for setup at my party venue?
We are approved at many wedding and party venues, so it’s not possible to list them all. Please feel free to call us at 512-705-3813 to check with us before booking. If we’ve never hosted an event at your venue, we will work with your venue coordinator to conduct a site visit to ensure the trailer can be accommodated.
How long before my event is the Silvercloud Beer Trailer or Prosecco Trailer set up?
We recommend loading the Silvercloud Beer Trailer or Prosecco Trailer one to two hours before the bar’s opening time. However, we will work directly with you or your event planner and caterer to determine the optimal load-in and setup time.
What are the electrical requirements for the Silvercloud Tap Trailers?
The Silvercloud Tap Trailers need to be within 50 feet of one (1) standard household 110-volt electrical outlet. Our standard setup uses under 10 amps of electricity. Suppose you would like us to run the air conditioner inside the Silvercloud Tap Trailer during an event. In that case, we will need to be within 50 feet of an additional dedicated circuit. This is necessary because the air conditioner in the trailer runs on a separate electrical line, which requires a dedicated 20-amp circuit to enable us to split it to another circuit.
My venue is in a remote location and doesn't have available power. What are my options?
No power? No problem. We have a small, but quiet and powerful, generator which we can bring. We will need to know from you at least 24 hours before your event if you need us to bring it. This option is a $100 adder to your package price and includes up to four (4) hours of continuous run-time.
Can my friends hang out in the Silvercloud Tap Trailer?
Our tap trailer is for serving alcohol only. However, our Airstream Lounge & Bar Trailer is perfect for a cocktail lounge and will seat up to 12 guests inside!
How much does the Silvercloud Beer Trailer cost?
A 3-hour Silvercloud Beer Trailer Rental without servers in the Austin-metro area is $999 plus tax. If you’d like to add bartenders, here is a standard quote for a 4-hour Silvercloud Beer Trailer Rental with two bartenders in the Austin metro area. The package below is $1898 plus tax, and includes:
- Loading in of the client’s kegs
- 2 TABC-certified bartenders for 4 hours of service
- Flash chilling beverage system
- High-quality plastic drinkware
- Napkins
