Silvercloud Airstream Mobile Bar at SxSW Festival
The trade organization, Avocados From Mexico, rented the Silvercloud Airstream mobile bar to play a key part of their brand activation at the SxSW Festival. Two of Silvercloud’s Airstream bar trailers were set up in separate locations for ten days of the SxSW festival; one at the popular El Naranjo restaurant on Rainey Street in downtown Austin and one in the SxSW Southbites Food Truck Trailer Park located adjacent to Rainey Street.
Branded Mobile Sample Bar for Experiential Marketing Event
At both locations, a chef worked inside the Silvercloud mobile bar trailers as a product sample bar to prepare and serve free samples of fresh recipes made with avocados from Mexico. The dishes included such yummy delights as guacamole and tacos. At the Southbites Food Trailer Park location, a branded shipping container housed ordering screens where guests could place food orders. The shipping container also housed a hashtag Instagram printer where guests could print out photos that had been tagged with the branded hashtag of #AvoHappiness.
