40th Birthday Party For New Orleans Saints Quarterback, Drew Brees
After a winning game against the Philadelphia Eagles, Drew Brees’ wife, Brittany, threw a surprise birthday party for his 40th birthday. The event was organized by New Orleans event planner Anna Schaefer of An.gle Events. The venue for the event was the Port Orleans Brewing Company where 150 of Drew’s family and friends gathered to celebrate with him.
Airstream Photo Booth
An.gle Events hired our company to bring in our Airstream Photo Booth trailer with our ‘Greetings From Austin’ artwork on the trailer to bring an Austin vibe to the event. Drew played quarterback at Westlake High School so we included Westlake Chaps hats as part of the props for the evening along with a variety of New Orleans and New Orleans Saints-themed props.
Photo Booth Images On Drinks
Once guests exited the photo booth, they were presented with drinks that included their image from the photo booth session on top of the drinks – a unique and fun alternative to the standard photo booth print. Catering was provided by 3 food trucks and Sophisticated Southern Plates and an ice sculpture with the numbers ‘4-0’ were included by the bar setup.
Music By The Molly Ringwalds & Video From Ellen DeGeneres
The 80’s tribute band, The Molly Ringwalds, played at the event and Ellen DeGeneres dropped in on the party via video to wish Drew a happy birthday. Several New Orleans and Austin TV stations reported on the party.
