Just about any type of fun gathering including weddings, golf tournaments, festivals, brand activations, corporate events, birthday parties, high-end tailgating and fraternity and sorority parties.  And the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar is also great for serving cookies, cake and ice cream at kid’s birthday parties or graduation parties, too!

Is the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar a good fit for corporate events?

Absolutely! The Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar is perfect for corporate tradeshows, festival sponsorships and brand activation events!  Ask about our Brand Integration service to add your corporate branding to the exterior of the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar.

Do your packages include alcohol, setups, glassware or food?

You provide the alcohol – we provide the fun! Our packages do not include alcohol, but we can make recommendations on how many kegs and/or bottles of alcohol to purchase.

Our packages are very flexible. You can rent just the Silvercloud mobile bar trailer, and we’ll set up your alcohol and other beverages inside the Airstream bar trailer. Need mixers and setups? No problem! Add on mixers for $7 per guest. Need bartenders? Add on 2 TABC-certified servers to your BAR package for $100/hr. Contact us to start the booking process.

Does your standard Bar Package include a server?

We aim to keep our packages flexible; therefore, the base package price does not include a server. You can add two (2) TABC certified servers to your base package for $100 per hour.

Is the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar only a cocktail bar?

The Silvercloud Trailer Events Mobile Bar can be used to serve a variety of items at your wedding or event, making it a great coffee bar, cigar bar, and, of course, a fantastic dessert bar to serve cake, cookies, and other sweet treats.  The possibilities are endless!

Will the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar fit at my outdoor venue?

The Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar most always easily fits at outdoor venues.  The minimum clearance requirements we need to fit the trailer into are 8 feet in width, 17 feet in length, and 10 feet in height.

Can the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar be set up indoors at my venue or ballroom in a hotel?

It may fit indoors.  Note that we require the ability to drive the Silvercloud Trailer Events Mobile Bar through a door or load-in area with a minimum 9-foot-wide x 10-foot-high opening.  Once we have the Silvercloud Trailer Events™®Mobile Bar inside a building, we can roll it into place in the setup area.  In summary, the minimum clearance requirements for fitting the trailer are 8 feet in width, 17 feet in length, and 10 feet in height.

How do I know if you're approved for setup at my party venue?

We are approved at so many wedding and party venues it is not possible to list them all.  But please feel free to call us at 512-267-1676 to double check.  If we’ve never done an event at your venue, we will work with your venue coordinator to do a site visit to ensure we can fit the trailer.

How long before my event is the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar set up?

We recommend loading the Silvercloud Trailer Events Mobile Bar at least one hour before the bar’s scheduled opening time.  However, we will work directly with you or your event planner and caterer to determine the optimal load-in and setup time.

What are the electrical requirements for the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar?

The Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar needs to be within 50 feet of one (1) standard household 110-volt electrical outlet.  Our standard setup uses under 10 amps of electricity.  Suppose you would like us to run the air conditioner inside the Silvercloud Trailer Events Mobile Bar during an event. In that case, we will need to be within 50 feet of an additional dedicated circuit.  This is necessary because the air conditioner in the Silvercloud Trailer Events Mobile Bar runs on a separate electrical line, which requires a dedicated 20-amp circuit to enable us to split it to another circuit.

My venue is in a remote location and doesn't have available power. What are my options?

No power? No problem.  We have a small, but quiet and powerful, generator that we can bring.  We will need to know from you at least 24 hours before your event if you’d like to add this to your rental package. This option is a $100 adder to your package price and includes up to four (4) hours of continuous run-time.

Are bar stools or cocktail tables included in the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar rental price?

We offer three vintage leather barstools for an additional $200 to any package and four silver wine barrel cocktail tables for an extra $200 to any package.  Please let us know at the time of reserving the Silvercloud Trailer Events Mobile Bar if you’d like to add these to your rental package.

Can my friends hang out in the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar?

For this type of experience, we recommend our Airstream Lounge & Bar Trailer is perfect for a cocktail lounge and will seat up to 12 guests inside!

When will you set up for my event?

Our base pricing reflects the setup that occurs 1 hour before the bar’s open time. A surcharge may apply if an earlier setup is requested or required.

How much does the Silvercloud Mobile Bar cost?

A 4-hour Airstream Bar package in the Austin-metro area is priced at $2099, and includes the following:

  • A 4-hour service block
  • Loading in of the client’s alcohol during setup
  • 2 TABC-certified bartenders for 4 hours of service
  • Ice
  • High-quality plastic drinkware
  • Napkins
  • Marquee ‘BAR’ roof signage
  • ‘Greetings From Austin’ artwork on the exterior of the trailer
  • Bartender gratuity
  • A shopping list of the recommended number of bottles of spirits, wine, and beer to purchase (upon request)
  • Add mixers to this package for $7 per guest (sodas, sparkling waters, fruit juices, fruit garnishes)
  • Add additional hours of service to this package for $449 per hour

Please note that travel outside the Austin metro area is an additional cost. We require two attendants for weddings with over 250 guests to ensure an optimal photo booth experience.
