These prices cover the trailer rental, the clean, polished aluminum exterior, and setup. Please note that services such as bartenders, photo booths, travel fees, graphics wraps, or early load-in are additional charges.

• 14 Foot Vintage Tap Trailer – This vintage trailer has four (4) taps on the exterior of the trailer and serves kegged beer, wine, cider, and kegged alcohol, like margaritas. It has a compact footprint, making it perfect as a sampling trailer for beverage and alcohol brands, as well as for beverage service at marketing events and festivals. Add complimentary marquee roof signage of ‘BEER’, ‘BUBBLY’, or ‘BAR’ to the top of the trailer, and customize further with a branded graphics wrap.
• 16 Foot Vintage Airstream Trailers – These vintage trailers are popular for use as merchandising trailers, mobile bars, food serving trailers, coffee stands, and as photo booth services. Add complimentary marquee roof signage of ‘BEER’, ‘BAR’, or ‘TACOS’ to the top of the trailer, and customize further with a branded graphics wrap.
• 20 Foot Vintage Airstream Lounge Trailer – These luxury vintage trailers are ideal as a VIP Lounge and mobile meeting space. The interior of the trailer features a large TV with surround sound, a bar, and a U-shaped, padded seating area. Customize the trailer’s exterior with a branded graphics wrap.
• 18 Foot Vintage Trailer – This shiny silver trailer sports a vintage appeal, but is empty inside so that brands have a ‘blank space’ to customize the interior for events and activations. The exterior can also be customized via a branding wrap.

One of the biggest draws of using an Airstream in a brand activation is the opportunity for customization. We offer vinyl wrap packages that turn the trailer into a fully branded experience:

• $500 for a large 48″ logo, often called a ‘spot logo’
• $3,800 for a half trailer wrap; either the front or the back of the trailer
• $4,900 for a complete trailer wrap

All wrap packages include design mockups and reviews before printing and installation. The result is a showstopping branded centerpiece.

Our pricing is flexible, as many clients provide their own event staff; we can assist with drivers, bar staff, or brand ambassadors as needed. The driver cost to tow the vintage trailers averages $350/day, plus $100/day for truck rental when required.

Our trailers need to be within 50 feet of one (1) standard household 110-volt electrical outlet.  Our standard setup uses under 10 amps of electricity.  Suppose you would like us to run the air conditioner inside the Silvercloud Trailer Events Mobile Bar during an event. In that case, we will need to be within 50 feet of an additional dedicated circuit.  This is necessary because the trailer’s air conditioner runs on a separate electrical line, which requires a dedicated 20-amp circuit to enable us to split it to another circuit.

No power? No problem.  We have a small, yet quiet and powerful, generator that can be added to your quote. This option is a $100 adder per day to your package price and includes up to four (4) hours of continuous run-time.

Our base pricing reflects the setup that occurs 1 hour before the service start time. A surcharge may apply if an earlier setup is required.
