What type of vintage Airstream trailers are in your rental fleet?

What is the price of adding a graphics wrap to an Airstream trailer rental?

One of the biggest draws of using an Airstream in a brand activation is the opportunity for customization. We offer vinyl wrap packages that turn the trailer into a fully branded experience:

  • $500 for a large 48″ logo, often called a ‘spot logo’
  • $3,800 for a half trailer wrap; either the front or the back of the trailer
  • $4,900 for a complete trailer wrap

All wrap packages include design mockups and reviews before printing and installation. The result is a showstopping branded centerpiece.

Does Silvercloud Trailer Events® provide event staff or can we use our own staff?

Our pricing is flexible, as many clients provide their own event staff; we can assist with drivers, bar staff, or brand ambassadors as needed. The driver cost to tow the vintage trailers averages $350/day, plus $100/day for truck rental when required.

What are the electrical requirements for your vintage trailers?

Our trailers need to be within 50 feet of one (1) standard household 110-volt electrical outlet.  Our standard setup uses under 10 amps of electricity.  Suppose you would like us to run the air conditioner inside the Silvercloud Trailer Events Mobile Bar during an event. In that case, we will need to be within 50 feet of an additional dedicated circuit.  This is necessary because the trailer’s air conditioner runs on a separate electrical line, which requires a dedicated 20-amp circuit to enable us to split it to another circuit.

My venue is in a remote location and doesn't have available power. What are my options?

No power? No problem.  We have a small, yet quiet and powerful, generator that can be added to your quote. This option is a $100 adder per day to your package price and includes up to four (4) hours of continuous run-time.

When will you set up for my event?

Our base pricing reflects the setup that occurs 1 hour before the service start time. A surcharge may apply if an earlier setup is required.
