The Trade Show for Event Planners
Every year thousands of the corporate event planners from across the US affiliated with the DMC Network (Destination Management Consultants) visit Austin, Texas for the annual ‘Austin DMC Roundtable’ show. This weekend event is packed with site visits, presentations and a huge showcase on the last day at the Palmer Events Center in downtown Austin, Texas.
Destination Event Planners Gather For Great Ideas
The showcase is key to show off all that the city of Austin has to offer to the country’s best planners. The 3 day event is hosted by the Austin network of destination event planners: Kennedy Creative Events, RMC, Red Velvet Events, Clink, Allied PRA, Meritage Events and InnovATX Events. The cities finest event service companies and organizations in the Central Texas area are invited to the event to showcase services that fit for large corporate events and festivals such as the SxSW Festival and the ACL Festival, among others.
Our Airstream Photo Booth & Airstream Bar Trailers Were Featured
We were proud to showcase our Silvercloud DUO Package which consists of the Silvercloud Photo Booth and our Silvercloud Mobile Bar. Our Silvercloud Mobile Bar was set up outside the Palmer Events Center with the beautiful Austin skyline as the backdrop and a mini ‘Austin Trail of Lights’ display – super cool! Our vintage-style mobile bar trailer was in the mobile food court with Austin fan favorites such as Chilantro’s Catering food truick, Lucky Lab Coffee Co and the Peached Tortilla Catering food truck. Our vintage-style photo booth trailer was in the ‘ACL Section’ of the Showcase where we provided the photo booth fun to the attendees. All the attendees who visited the photo booth trailer received a large 4×6 photo print with the ability to text, post or email the digital copy of their photo booth pics. The entire event was amazing and included lots of cocktails and food from some of the best caterers and bakeries in town (and a real vintage 80’s arcade area!) Throughout the evening, there was lively, live entertainment from a great lineup of bands including The Bright Light Social Hour and Emily Wolfe.
