The Silvercloud Trailer Events® photo booth is perfect for just about any type of fun gathering including weddings, private parties and corporate events such as trade shows, festivals and brand activation events!

How does the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Photo Booth work?

  1. You and your event guests select your props before entering the trailer.
  2. Enter the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Photo Booth trailer and select ‘Start’ on the integrated touchscreen display.
  3. Strike a Pose!  There will be three (3) photos taken.
  4. Exit the photo booth trailer to receive your photo print
  5. Use the social media kiosk right outside the photo booth to text, email or post your photo to social media! Tons of fun!

Is the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Photo Booth a good fit for corporate events?

Will the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Photo Booth trailer fit at my venue or at a hotel indoors?

The Silvercloud Trailer Events® Photo Booth almost always fits most outdoor venues and very often works for indoor hotels if the ballroom is on the first floor or their is a large freight elevator.  The clearance dimensions needed to fit in any outdoor or indoor location are : 8ft in width,  17ft in length, and 10 feet in height.

Is the setup and takedown of the photo booth included in the rental package?

Of course! The setup and takedown happen an hour before and an hour after your rental period and will not cut into your photo booth time.

How do I reserve the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Photo Booth for my event?

Easy – just shoot us an email at austin@silvercloudtrailerevents.com or use our contact form and we’ll check to make sure your date’s available.  After that, we’ll send you the link to an online contract and a secure shopping cart to begin the online booking process.  50% of the rental package is due at booking to reserve the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Photo Booth  for your event date and the balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.

Where is the best place to set up the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Photo Booth at an event?

Most customers love to rent the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Photo Booth not only for the photo booth activities but also as a cool backdrop for photos and to add a fun vibe to their event.  With this in mind, we recommend setting up the photo booth trailer near the dance floor, close to the reception area and ideally, near the bar.  In fact, consider our DUO Package to have both the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Photo Booth and the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Mobile Bar at your event.

What are the electrical requirements for the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Photo Booth?

The Silvercloud Trailer Events® Photo Booth needs to be within 50 feet of one (1) standard household 110 volt electrical outlet.  Our standard setup uses under 10 amps of electricity.  If you would like us to run the air-conditioner inside of the photo booth trailer during an event, we will need to be within 50 feet of  an additional dedicated circuit.  This is needed as the air-conditioner in the photo booth trailer runs on a separate electrical line to enable us to split to another circuit and needs a dedicated 20 amp circuit.

My venue is in a remote location and doesn't have available power. What are my options?

No power? No problem.  We have a small, but quiet and powerful, generator which we can bring.  We will need to know from you at least 24 hours before your event if you need us to bring it.  This option is a $100 adder to your package price and includes up to four (4) hours of continuous run-time.

How many people can fit in the Silvercloud Trailer Events® Photo Booth at one time?

A whole lot!  But for best photos, it’s best to limit your groupings to twelve (12) people or less.

How long will it take for me to receive the digital files after the event?

The digital files will be uploaded to Facebook within 48 hours after your event.  If you have a corporate event or wish to keep your digital files private, we will send you a DropBox link so that you can download them directly to your PC.

What happens if it rains during my event?

In the event of inclement weather, when venue conditions allow, we can bring a standalone photo booth kiosk and props indoors so your photo booth fun can continue.

When will the photo booth trailer be set up for my event?

We will set up occurs 1 hour prior to open time. A surcharge will apply if earlier setup is requested.
